On November 16-17, CIPE held a conference in Kyiv, Ukraine entitled “Twenty Years After the Fall of the Berlin Wall: Lessons Learned and the Future of Reform,” bringing together past, present and potential future partners from across the post-Communist world, from Central Europe to Central Asia.
